8 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

• Account and identity data is retained for the duration of the active Account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in accordance with AML/KYC record-keeping obligations.
• Financial transaction data is retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the date of the transaction, as required by applicable financial regulation.
• Customer support and communications records are retained for up to three (3) years from the date of the last communication, unless a longer period is required for ongoing dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Technical and usage data collected through automated technologies is typically retained in identifiable form for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
• Self-exclusion records are retained for the duration of the exclusion period and for a further five (5) years thereafter to prevent re-registration in breach of the exclusion.

Once the applicable retention period expires, Personal Data is securely deleted or rendered permanently anonymous such that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

11 Your Rights as a Data Subject

12 Children & Minors

The jet4d Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the age of 21.

If we become aware that Personal Data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through registration, KYC verification, or any other means — we will immediately suspend the relevant Account, delete or anonymise all associated Personal Data to the extent not required for AML/fraud reporting purposes, and report the incident through appropriate internal channels.

13 International Data Transfers

In the course of providing our services, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of Malaysia by our technology infrastructure providers, game software partners, or KYC service providers. Where such transfers occur, jet4d takes steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

These safeguards include: contractual data protection clauses imposed on all third-party Data Processors operating outside Malaysia; selection of service providers certified to recognised international security standards; and, where applicable, adequacy assessments of the data protection frameworks in the recipient jurisdictions.

Your Personal Data will not be transferred to any jurisdiction that does not offer an adequate level of protection without appropriate contractual protections in place, and never for the purpose of evading your rights under applicable Malaysian data protection law.

14 Policy Amendments

jet4d reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business operations, or data processing practices. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of the Policy.

Where amendments are material — meaning they substantially change how we collect, use, or share your Personal Data — jet4d will provide advance notice via email to the address associated with your Account or through a prominent in-platform notification, at least 14 days prior to the change taking effect where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of a material amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in our Terms & Conditions.
