1 Introduction

Welcome to jet4d. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jet4d ("jet4d", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://jet4d.lat ("the Platform", "the Site").

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual user account registered with jet4d, through which the User accesses the Platform and its services.
• "Balance" means the total value of funds held within a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately tracked where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, conducted by jet4d to confirm a User's identity and eligibility.
• "Platform" refers to the jet4d website, mobile-optimised interface, any associated applications, APIs, or digital services operated under the jet4d brand.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User from their own personal payment method, excluding Bonus Funds, which are available for wagering and withdrawal subject to these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total wagering turnover a User must complete on qualifying games before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by the User on any game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.

3 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms come into effect upon your first visit to the Platform and are continuously in effect for the duration of your use of jet4d's services. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, operational procedures, or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via an in-platform notice or email to the address associated with your Account at least 7 days prior to the change taking effect, where practicable.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the jet4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. jet4d strictly enforces a 21+ age policy for all gaming activities. Users in certain jurisdictions may be subject to a higher minimum age requirement under local law.
• You are registering as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where your participation on the Platform would be unlawful under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of jet4d or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You have not previously been excluded from jet4d or any other gambling platform pursuant to a self-exclusion request, regulatory exclusion order, or account termination for cause.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any guardianship or legal incapacity that would prevent such agreement.

5 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may register one (1) Account with jet4d. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and country of residence. You agree to keep this information updated at all times.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered, as a recommended security measure.
• Notify jet4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorised or otherwise, until you notify jet4d of a security breach.

jet4d reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any Account at its discretion, particularly where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 have not been met or where KYC verification cannot be completed to its satisfaction.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

jet4d supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong), Visa/Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks).

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets that are registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimums are displayed at the time of transaction within the Platform's deposit interface.
• jet4d does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
• Deposits made via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, to the extent technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). jet4d reserves the right to request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds documentation.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5 to 15 minutes for DuitNow and FPX transactions. Processing times for other methods may vary.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Only converted winnings from completed wagering cycles may be withdrawn.
• jet4d reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits at the Account level based on KYC status, VIP tier, and applicable regulatory requirements.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

jet4d offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP programme rewards (the "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each individual offer and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

General bonus conditions applicable to all Promotions include:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered Users only, for their first qualifying deposit. Each eligible User may claim a welcome bonus once.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the specified validity period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements after the validity period will be forfeited.
• jet4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time, without prior notice to Users who have not yet claimed that offer.
• Promotion abuse — including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion with other players, use of betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or any other conduct intended to circumvent Wagering Requirements — will result in forfeiture of all related Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• All bonus claims are at jet4d's discretion. We reserve the right to decline any bonus request where we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being claimed in bad faith.

8 Wagering & Betting Rules

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game or sporting event. Game rules are displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules explicitly supersede a specific provision.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. jet4d does not accept cancellation requests for placed wagers except where a game error or technical malfunction has occurred and has been verified by our technical team.
• jet4d reserves the right to void any wager, in whole or in part, where: (a) a technical error has caused an incorrect result or payout, (b) a bet was placed after the official close of the relevant event or after a game outcome was determined, or (c) there are reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the wager.
• Minimum and maximum wager amounts apply per game and per event, as displayed within the Platform interface. These limits may vary by VIP tier.
• Results declared by jet4d for sports events are based on official sources. In cases of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply as detailed within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Winnings are credited to the Account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event. jet4d is not liable for any delay in settlement caused by third-party data provider errors or technical disruptions beyond our control.

9 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the jet4d Platform agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate legal authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account using false identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage gained must be reported to jet4d support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to move or conceal illicit proceeds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.
• Sharing Account credentials or permitting any third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of collusion with other players or external parties.
• Posting, transmitting, or communicating any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise unlawful through any communication channel on the Platform.
• Circumventing any security or access control measures implemented on the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jet4d Platform — including but not limited to the jet4d brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text, game content, software, source code, databases, and all associated intellectual property rights — is the exclusive property of jet4d or its licensed third-party suppliers and game developers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational gambling purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.
• Use the jet4d name, logo, or brand assets in any manner without express prior written consent from jet4d.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any Platform software.

Any unauthorised use of jet4d's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jet4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers, subject to correction upon verified confirmation of the error.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including Account suspension or forfeiture of funds resulting from prohibited conduct.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.
• Losses arising from actions taken pursuant to regulatory requirements or legal obligations.

In all circumstances, jet4d's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that User in the 90 days preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in this section shall limit jet4d's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian consumer law.

12 Responsible Gambling

jet4d is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that all Users should gamble within their means, set personal limits, and seek assistance whenever gambling ceases to be enjoyable.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all jet4d Users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Opt in to receive notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Request a temporary suspension of your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from all jet4d services. Self-excluded Users may not be re-admitted for the duration of the exclusion period. Contact our support team to request self-exclusion.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

Termination by User: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any eligible Real Money Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to KYC compliance and any outstanding Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds.

Suspension or Termination by jet4d: jet4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where:

• There has been a breach of any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory directive.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation.
• The Account is associated with bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more. Dormancy fees as specified in the Platform FAQ may apply to dormant accounts.

Upon termination for cause, jet4d reserves the right to withhold all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from play that constituted a breach of these Terms. Real Money Funds will be returned to the extent required by applicable law and subject to verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jet4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, jet4d will provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification where reasonably practicable.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jet4d Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication in the first instance.

Dispute Process: All disputes should be raised with jet4d's customer support team by email to [email protected], providing full details of the matter. jet4d will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and aims to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement, the parties agree that the matter shall be submitted to binding arbitration by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
